Nuwandi Ft Ravi Jay | Charitha Attalage – Jazz Landa (Jazz ළඳ) [Lyric Video]

It’s not everyday that you’d come across such a unique sonic masterpiece from the Sinhala music scene. When the initial posts were out about the single, not a lot were sure of what to expect from the producer who’s more of a sonic artist – Charitha Attalage. The end result – is nothing short of a brilliant amalgamation of jazz that’s not empowering, vocals that are smooth (fresher Nuwandi) and rap that’s as honest as it gets for a track like this (Ravi Jay).

While not a lot of jazz infused singles have been released in the past, this one is set to make a mark and create a standard that would be interesting to see others follow. This single also happens to be Nuwandi’s debut.
