iClown Remixes Somewhere I Belong & Is Taking Over Newsfeeds

Released a few days ago, this remix by iClown sure has been taking over newsfeeds. e caught up with the producer to find out how Chester influenced him and why the remix.

DecibelLK: How did Chester influence you as a musician?

iClown: Linkin park is one of the first bands I’ve ever listened to.  The iconic voice of Chester left an imprint as a definition to the generation of musicians that followed him and Linkin park. Obviously his loss was far more personal than anyone else I could ever imagine. He was our childhood hero.

DecibelLK: This remix is done for a very special event, tell us about ‘Somewhere I Belong’

iClown: This remix was done in support of “Somewhere I belong”, a tribute gig organized in memory of Chester Bennington. The highlight of the gig is the fact that we hope to raise funds for a very worthy and a timely cause which is suicide prevention and awareness. The gig is attached to a walk organized by Theme institute named “Live – Because it’s worth it”.

DecibelLK: Would you be performing at the gig too?

iClown: Of course. I’ll be teaming up with all the acts on the day basically playing my role as Mr. Hahn, handling live samples and keyboard element
