Ruvini is no stranger to the home music scene, once being a part of the all girl group ‘Melodic Maidens’, to a solo artist in her own right and the recent past saw her be a part of the very cool team that is Naadhagama. ‘Mathakaya (මතකය)’ is her debut Sinhala original and is a very heartfelt single for her late father. The single is produced by Ranil Goonawardene and is mixed and mastered by Vinod Melpitiya @ Wayo Brickhouse. The video productions is by Kavinda Lakshan and compliments the single so well.
