Jayasri – “Thatudenavado” OST Nimnayaka Hudakalawa (Alone In A Valley)

Officially launched at the 2nd edition of Rock Meets Reggae last night, this track from Mr. Boodee Keertisena’s new feature film ‘Nimnayaka Hudakalawa’ is very reminiscent of the 90’s, when music was simple but profound and Jayasri, nails this sound just right. Truth be told,  this is the first time we’ve heard the twins like this – hints of Baz Luhrmann, alternative and we think this is them venturing into newer territory that is yet to capture the mass audience of Lanka and it won’t be too long as there is alternative music appreciation in the Sinhala scene.

The video is nothing short of pure brilliance in terms of visual amalgamation. tasteful!
