What would this award mean to us

The Home Music Scene finally has an pretty unbiased platform – we’ve kept it pretty open to all genres and in the recent past have brought you names from  the Sinhala rock & rap movements & have even supported the Indie movie scene. Getting recognized by an entity that has rewarded corporate names in the past would mean an equal recognition to all and not only us.

If you feel we deserve this win, hey give us a vote and if you think we dont..we’re not gonna hold it against you =) Winning awards or making money off this site was never part of our plan.ever but if it gains something for our scene, why not?
