No More July
There’s a darn good reason why this event is even there in the first place and we bet you must have figured it out already, in case you haven’t, google what Black July means to Sri Lanka.
According to the event page
“No More July” is an event commemorating the black July of 1983 while opposing violence created in recent times.
An evening that attempts to make a change in the way July is remembered in a culture which historical injustices are tend to be forgotten..
