Shirohana presents Luna, A festival where music, visual arts and new experiences come to life. It is the first major event with live bands, DJs, flower installations and great food in the salty, lagoon filled region of Kalpitiya, North-west Sri Lanka.

All this is set in a fabulous, five acre coconut grove bordering a vast lagoon, quite away from everything else in Kalpitiya. We at Luna Laguna are putting together an incredible atmosphere, filled with firelight, lamplight, and massive installations of flowers as eye candy as you rock the night away. A warm saltwater pool filled with flowers await your tired feet, right in the middle of the dance floor.

Tickets are available at all Shiro Hana stores in colombo and on www.ticketslk.com at 5000 LKR. This includes a giant seafood and vegetarian feast of a dinner, snacks through the party, water and non alcoholic beverages. Only a hundred tickets are available, so best to book your tickets right now

Accommodation for Colombo folks is plenty, Luna Laguna has 8 beautiful cabanas/rooms that are available for bookings (10,000/8,000 LKR for double rooms per night, with breakfast), the lucky few who reserve the rooms at Luna Laguna will be able to buy their tickets at 3000 LKR. There is also a great campsite on the otherside of the lagoon.We will post a listing of some great affordable homestays and BnBs in the days to come.
