Cockerel Fringe Festival, Galle is a call for all young writers, amateur poets and artists to show case their talents, mingle, network with other publishers, writers, literature enthusiasts.
Stand up comedians, actors, performers, musicians, painters, photographers, designers any and all artists are welcome.
