FREE AND OPEN TO ALL: our annual event to announce the shortlist of the Gratiaen Prize, kindly hosted by the British Council as it has been for the last 25 years.

Come and find out who has been shortlisted for the Gratiaen Prize 2017, and hear readings from their work. 

The Gratiaen Prize is awarded annually to the best work of creative writing in English submitted – whether a manuscript or a published work. The Prize is open to Sri Lankan writers resident in Sri Lanka. This year marks the 25th anniversary of the Gratiaen Prize.
