Celebrating its 25th Anniversary this year, The Workshop Players are one of Colombo’s foremost amateur theater groups, enjoying unprecedented successes over the years with musical theater productions such as: Les Miserablés, The Phantom of the Opera, Jesus Christ Superstar, Evita, The Sound of Music, Oliver! and plays such as, A Streetcar Named Desire, A View from the Bridge and the ‘Shakespeare in the Park’ theater festivals. 

The Workshop Players will be staging Lerner and Loewe’s Broadway classic, “My Fair Lady”, in October (6th-15th) 2017. This timeless classic will be produced by special arrangement with Tams-Witmark Music Library, Inc., 560 Lexington Avenue, New York, NY 10022. Based on George Bernard Shaw’s “Pygmalion”, the production is considered one of the finest musicals ever created.

Show Dates: 06 – 15th October 2017 with 02 Matinees on the 14th and 15th.
