Kavichandran Alexander (Kavi), the first Sri Lankan to Engineer & Produce multiple Grammy award winning recordings.

He will be conducting multiple meet & greet sessions and workshops, at The Sooriya Village and in selected cities away from Colombo from the 7th of March 2018 onwards.

21st – 29th March 1.00pm – 4.00pm Intensive course for Hit Factory Audio Institute @ The Sooriya Village

29th March 5.00pm – 7.00pm In discussion with Kavi – session 1 @ The Sooriya Village

2nd April 5.00pm – 7.00pm In discussion with Kavi – session 2 @ The Sooriya Village

At the meet & greet sessions, he will share knowledge, expertise and skills gained from his experiences working with world renowned artists, interspersed with interesting life stories and anecdotes.

By attending Kavi’s workshops, participants will gain substantial knowledge on purist microphone techniques, microphone control, microphone anatomy and his own unique microphone placement methods aimed specifically at capturing un-amplified, acoustic music.

Workshops are ticketed at Rs.1500 and meet & greet sessions entrance free.
